About the Role:

The Customer Service Support Representative plays a key part in shaping Groupon’s customer experience. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions through email, chat, and phone across a wide range of issues—from simple inquiries to resolving complex concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond efficiently to customer emails, chats, and calls, handling inquiries and problems with clarity and empathy
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive and seamless experience
  • Meet daily team and individual target goals for handling support tickets
  • Stay updated on Groupon’s systems, customer portals, merchant features, and redemption procedures
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction

Key Technical Skills:

Customer Service, English Communication (written and verbal), Email Support, Chat Support, Typing Speed, Problem Solving, Computer Proficiency

Requirements:

  • Graduation degree with valid certificates (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service/support experience in a high-volume, transactional environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Fast typing skills for handling live chat queues
  • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts (including US hours)
  • Ability to comfortably work in a computer-based environment for up to 8 hours daily (with 1.5 hours break)
  • Customer-centric attitude and professional work ethics
